Any news on season 3 of the Kakegurui anime?
It's been almost three years, if I remember correctly, since the second season finished and no news about a third yet.

Idk anything about a season 3 but the anime for Kakegurui twin has been confirmed for some time
now so that’s something to look forward to

Idk, they haven’t confirmed anything but I really hope they make a third season. There’s definitely enough content for a third season so it’s just up to them :/
I don’t know about you guys but I’ve never once watched it for the characters or the fan-service, I’ve always just been interested in the original games they make.

its going to focus on Marie's time 1 year before yumeko got into the school and when she was a pet. Coming in August I think Netflix said so themselves

well season 3 isnt confirmed for now but mappa is animating kakegurui twin (yes it is confirmed) itll probs be out in a few months

Idk if there will be a third season, but Kakegurui Twin should be coming out pretty soon. I'd have to check the release date again.

Honestly I’m asking myself if this is taking longer because they were learning from the mistakes of season 2, improve pacing again and finish of the arc with the next season. Maybe they are still waiting for enough source material to be able to do that.
I don’t see any reason doing a spin off anime for Twin when the original performed bad. I mean it was obviously only gonna attract people from the original anime or manga. I also ask myself if everything we will find out in Twin has importance to what is gonna happen in the main series and therefore has an important connection. I mean the Twin manga started a year after the original? I can see them continuing both from time to time depending on what has the most source material to continue.
