Manor is proud to announce that even with the expanded tour dates in 2009, tours
were sold out again this year! Thank you! On behalf of Magnolia Manor's staff
we'd like to thank Mr. Jeff Ferge for supplying us with two teams of beautiful
draft horses and wagons for the 5th consecutive year. Also a big thank you to
Steve and
Memphis Mid-South Ghost
Hunters for being our lead team of paranormal professionals every year.
This year we also included the team from
Paranormal INC. on the tour standing in for Steve in his absence, while
he investigated a haunted theatre in Memphis! Although not on the ghost
tours in person, a big thank you to our friends with
Tennessee Ghost Hunters out of
Nashville for their contributions of evidence and continued support and
friendship over the years. All three of these teams frequently visit Magnolia
Manor to investigate and we appreciate their professionalism and kindness. They
are most welcome here any time! All three have also certified Magnolia Manor Bed
& Breakfast as being haunted! We highly recommend them to anyone who requires
their investigative services, all of which are free of charge.

All tickets and rooms sold on a first come first serve bases. Sorry, we can not hold tickets or rooms without full payment in advance . No substitutions of any kind will be allowed. No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions. Tours and wagon rides will proceed rain or shine. Wagons are NOT covered! Because you'll be exposed to the elements, please dress appropriately. Cameras, video cameras and audio recording devices are WELCOMED and ENCOURAGED. We do ask that if you record any evidence that you share with us.
