The C. A. Miller Master Suite
This suite is named after Charles Austin Miller, Tennessee secretary of
state 1889 - 1893. Charles was the son of Magnolia Manor's builder Austin
Miller and also lived here at Magnolia Manor. This beautiful room features
a thirteen foot high half tester bed! Plus an adjoining parlor and two fire
places! Opulence, elegance, and comfort best describe these
accommodations. When nothing but the best will do, Magnolia Manor can

Annie's Room

Annie Miller was the last surviving member of the Miller family at Magnolia Manor.
It is in her honor we name this room “Annie's.” Many of Bolivar's residence have a tale or two about her!
Not all good! This room features a half tester bed and vanity with a fireplace. Click the picture for

The 1849 Room
In the on going process of restoration, Magnolia Manor has revealed many unique aspects about its original decor.
One such discovery was the original blue wall color and gold banded design in this room. It features a half
tester bed, sitting area and fireplace. Beautifully decorated and furnished, this room is a favorite of our regular
guests! On display in this room are one of the Miller children's report card from the Bolivar Female Institute
dated June 20th, 1867 and the Unthank family bible. Plus, Judge Austin Miller's saddle bags! Click the photo to

The Cottage

This little house was originally the Kitchen when Magnolia Manor was built in 1849.
Newly renovated and restored. The Cottage offers more
privacy and conveniences including it's own kitchen, satellite TV and private driveway. Get away
from it all and relax in your little home away from home. |
